Pokemon Black and White 2 Release Date

Hello guys, I finally know the release date of Pokemon Black and White 2 for North America!!! 
Drumroll please -drumrolllllll-

October 7 2012

That's right! In another good 4 months it will be coming to the US shores for all our greedy Pokemon fingers to grasp the thing and play the crap out of it! Of course the game is already released in Japan and as always there are already released videos and screenshot of game play videos and the like!
Now as use less as it is to describe much about Pokemon, seeing as all Pokefans tend to keep their news from Serebii.net, I thought I would go into detail some other things that are new to this particular Pokemon game that isn't in the others! Or more specifically how different this game is from is predecessor Pokemon Black and White. To save time, I'll add something from Bulbapedia. Here is what they state:

"The games take place two years after the events of Pokémon Black and White. In this time, the Unova region appears to have changed greatly. New locations are accessible in the southwest of the region, one of them being Aspertia City, the new player's hometown. New Gyms and Gym Leaders are also be introduced, and the Unova Pokédex is expanded to include Pokémon foreign to the region, much like in Pokémon Platinum.

The player is able to choose to play as the boy, Kyouhei, or the girl, Mei, as they travel across the region against their rival, Hugh"

Bulbapedia also basically repeats what I have already said so before and so its a nicer summary created by other hands!

Now other than that particularly, there are some minor small details. Remember how Ruby and Sapphire brought with it the Pokemon Contest and Emerald went a little further and brought the Battle Frontier? Well that wasn't the end either. Platinum had something a little different than Diamond and Pearl and likewise Black and White 2 has something a little different than the original. They have something called the World Tournament.

It's basically a tournament where all the gym leaders and champions from all the regions, from the very first Kanto till the most recent one in Unova come together and you have the opportunity to battle them. The only person absent seems to be Koga and his daughter will fill in like in Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

Who's in the Champion League? I mean that stuff IS important right?!?! Here they are!

 

"Wait what? Isn't Alder the champion in Black and White??!?!"
Well I guess not! He's replaced with a new champion but I don't want to spoil it for you guys so you can find out who that is!

Now the final new thing of this game is that it has something called the PokeStar Studios. Its basically a place where you can film a video with you Pokemon based on predetermined scripts! Doesn't that sound exciting?

Well keep your fingers crossed boys and gals and pray that October 8th gets here quick! Why 8th?!?! We're already playing the game that's why! I'll leave you with the updated look of Cheren and Bianca!
